BOOKING POLICY-HOW TO BOOK
you can book by phone, by email and by websites
you will receive a booking confirmation just after having carried out the first payment (that is in the amount of 20-25-30–50% for short term lease fee)
you will receive a booking recap with all the informations about your booking together with the location of the house and  extra fees (both compulsory and optional)
You are asked to pay the entire rent at the check in together with the extras (if there are)  
You will receive the key of the apartment/house/villa  after the entire payment

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

CHECK IN TIME : from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Flexibility is reserved by our agency if you arrive before the scheduled time based on the  availability of the accommodation.
If you arrive after the scheduled time for the check in you are asked to pay an extra fee of € 50 (late check in)
CHECK OUT TIME: By 10 am
You can ask to do the check out after or before the scheduled time only prior approval of the agency
DEPOSIT FEE
A deposit fee is applied. The cost depends on the accommodation (From € 100 to € 250).
Deposit will be paid back after the check out
FINAL CLEANING
You will pay an extra fee for final cleaning. The cost depends on the accommodation (from €50 to €150).
Before leaving the house remember :
to clean the cooker and the dishes,
to take away the food from the fridge
to remove the rubbish. .

CONDITIONS OF STAY
According to our policy extra guests are not allowed to stay without informing the agency.
Additional guests will be charged according to the daily rates.
It is mandatory to comply with the municipal rules on separate waste collection and it is forbidden to leave waste at home upon departure. On account of that guests are asked to plan the waste collection before leaving the house also by checking the location and opening times of the Ecological Station for waste delivery (see location and opening times below). If this rule is not respected, a penalty of € 30 will be required to be paid in cash at check out

It is mandatory to respect the rules of good coexistence with the neighborhood
Do not use all the electrical devices at the same time in order to avoid the disconnection of the electrical current
It is mandatory to turn off the air conditioning system when you are not at home;
It is mandatory to leave the kitchen, its equipment and the barbecue clean upon departure
It is forbidden to move / remove furniture and equipment (eg dishes - chairs - furniture) from the home;
It is forbidden to throw any material other than toilet paper in the toilet drains;
Pets are allowed to stay  only with prior approval of the agency
All the accommodation will be cleaned and without sheets and towels. If you need sheets and towels you are asked to pay an extra fee of € 15 per person
Example : € 15,00 ( single sheet + pillowcase face/shower/guest towels )
Example: € 30,00 (double sheet + 2 pillowcases 2 kits of face/shower/guest towel )

DAMAGES & COMPLAINTS POLICY
The Agency “All4Sardinia srls” will be released from any fiscal, civil and penal issues and from any damages (even physical injures) caused by other people (i.e. robbery)  by incident (i.e. fire) or by natural disasters ( i.e. flood)
The agency won’t be responsible for Electricity and water blocks
Damages will be charged by a damage fee
