Reservations can be made by telephone, e-mail, on our website and through the most popular holiday home web portals where we are listed.
Reservations will only be𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿:
-𝗮 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁/𝗱𝗲𝗯𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 as a guarantee of payment. In this case, the amount will only be deducted from the card on the date 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝗻-𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲.
-𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝗽𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 made by bank transfer. The amount required to make a booking will be equal to 20-25-30-50% of the rental fee. (Amount varies depending on the property)
The guest will receive a detailed summary of the booking by e-mail, including the location of the property and any mandatory and/or optional extras requested.
The balance may be paid in advance or on arrival, together with 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗸𝗲𝘆𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲.
𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐂𝐊-𝐈𝐍 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐂𝐊 𝐎𝐔𝐓
Check-in must be between𝟭𝟲:𝟬𝟬 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟮𝟭:𝟬𝟬.
For arrivals before the suggested time, the agency reserves the right to be flexible depending on the availability of the facilities.
Arrivals 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟭:𝟬𝟬 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗘𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗺𝗶𝗱𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 will be considered late check-ins and will therefore incur an 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 €𝟱𝟬.
Departure must take place no later than 𝟭𝟬:𝟬𝟬 𝗮.𝗺.
Departures may be postponed or brought forward only upon request and approval by the agency.
𝐃𝐄𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓 𝐅𝐄𝐄
Depending on the property booked, a damage 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 €𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝘁𝗼 €𝟮𝟱𝟬 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱. This will be returned upon departure after the condition of the property has been checked.
𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆
Final cleaning will incur an 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 ranging from €50 to €250 depending on the type of accommodation.
Before leaving the house, guests must clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes.
The refrigerator must be emptied and rubbish removed.
𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 𝐎𝐅 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐘

It is forbidden to accommodate 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 in the booking. With our confirmations, they may stay by 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 that varies depending on the period.
-During your stay, you must comply with municipal rules on 𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and it is 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗯𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘂𝗽𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲. You must organise yourself in the days prior to departure to take your waste to the recycling centre.
If this rule is not complied with, 𝗮 𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 €𝟯𝟬 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗱, payable in cash at check-out.
-It is mandatory to respect the rules of 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀.
-Do not use all electrical appliances 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 in order to avoid power cuts.
-It is mandatory to𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 when you are not at home.
-It is mandatory to leave the kitchen, its equipment, and the barbecue 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 upon departure.
-𝗜𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗯𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲/𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (e.g. crockery, chairs, furniture) from the property.
-It is forbidden to throw anything 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿 into the toilet.
-Pets are only allowed upon request and 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝘁-𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀.
Our facilities will be delivered clean and 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗻, which will be provided 𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 €𝟭𝟱.𝟬𝟬 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.
-e.g. €15.00 (2 single sheets + pillowcase + set of face/shower/guest towels)
-e.g. €30.00 (2 double sheets + 2 pillowcases + 2 sets of face/shower/guest towels)
𝐃𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐆𝐄𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐈𝐌𝐒
𝗔𝗹𝗹𝟰𝗦𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗮 𝘀𝗿𝗹 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗺𝗽𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹, 𝗰𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲 and from any
liability for damages of any kind (including physical injury) that may be reported by the
landlord, his family members, guests, employees and any other person present, even temporarily,
in the property, caused by third parties or due to fortuitous events such as fire, theft, flooding, explosions,
lightning, bad weather, wind, etc.; and shall not be liable for interruptions in the supply of electricity and water 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀.
Any damage or breakages will be compensated at the list price.
Complaints will be accepted 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟮𝟰 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 after the customer's arrival at the property.
